With these requirements, you should be looking at a dedicated server, not reseller hosting. :) Consider raising your budget to at least $100/month.
unlimited dedicated ip addresses
This isn't possible, as IP addresses are limited and cost the provider money. What do you need unlimited IP addresses for anyway?

This is still unrealistic for a reseller account:
100gb webspace
1.3tb bandwith
No host will offer you this in a reseller account for only 150-160/year. Do you really need all that space and bandwidth? If not, I suggest you drop your space/transfer requirements down to a more realistic value and then you may get some offers.
You should really be looking at getting a dedicated. Search the web and see if any companies are offering specials on dedicated servers.

1.3TB? I'm not sure you can get that from any host for under $1500/year.

No you could definitely get it for under 1500/year. But not under 150/year.

Tree Not to pick on you but a TB is 1000GB.. So 1.3TB is 1300GB.
Just so you know :)
You can get that for like 100-150$ per a month.

Wrong currency symbol. I meant dollars, but hit pounds.

No problem :) I didn't mean to bite you if you took it that way!
Sorry.
