There are none. You can't get that stuff for free anymore. You will have to pay to get hosting.

What do you mean by co-branding?

It means running a free web host off of someone elses server. You usually have to pay for it or place ads on user sites and share a percent of the ad revenue. There is no real point in doing it. Complete and total waste of time if you ask me.

I agree, you might as well buy a high-end server from BurstNET and become a pay host ;)

I don't see how it's a complete waste of time. I see it more of as a value added extra. It's just a little extra something I offer to my site visitors, and it keeps them happier and keeps them coming back.
Gives me a few impressions here and there to promote my sites, as well.
Does its job.

Forums bring back visitors better than CoBranded FWPs, and if you want impressions, join a link exchange (much more effective). It's not worth the time and effort to keep a co-branded FWP on your site.
