Well this time, for a friend, he wants to start a site, he has a plan and everything, he told me to get some good hosting for him. He will need some decenty space about 1-2gb..no more really required, but he must have an option to upgrade if he needs to. Will need alot of bandwith about 70k visitors are expected. Im thinking about 10gb+ bandwith.This needs to be on a fast reliable host. Not one that may go down in 3 months, or one that is run by people with no experience. He cannot afford to see his site down. So the host needs to be able to make sure that if there is a server crash or something the site will still remain up.

And from past experience i have to say that the host that i choose must atleast be 7 months old. Not some new host that popped out of nowhere. He isnt the best with the web and stuff so some decent level of customer support would be a advantage.

So again the specs hes looking for:
1-2gb space
about 70k visitors expected so 10gb+ bandwith.
A good number of mysql databases, PHP, Cpanel,FTP etc..
Decent customer support

He will be paying annualy, he has his own domain. make your offers here for the requirements. Give me a quote for how much it will cost annualy.

If this plan dosnt go well he may use the hosting to make a web page in different languages or something. So i need a host that dosnt have absurd rules like "English sites only"..

On another note, if you are saying that students can't start or maintain a successful business you are a) wrong and b) descriminating based on age [to me age has nothing to do with the maturity level and how dedicated a person is to a business or anything else for that matter. You can be in your 30s but still be extremely immature and unprofessional while person of only 17 or 18 of age can successfully run a business because they are mature and seriouse about their business].

That may be true, but one or two 17 year olds can't provide 24x7 support that most people need. That takes many years of training, and experience, to offer that. Also, I never said that students can't run a web host; I said it looks like students hours, and being a web host shouldn't be a secondary thing, not putting care into your business can significantly change your customer’s experience. Web hosting takes time and dedication, and maybe you, being in business for less than a week, don't realize that, but you will. In a shocking way, you will.

You are completely right. A few 17 years old can't provide 24x7 support. Either can we at the moment because all of the partners involved have engagements during the day. ANd who said it is a secondary thing? It is simply at a different time than most. Believe me when I say that I know what it takes and we do have the time and dedication to make this work :). I thank you for your words of advice!
