I want to be a host whrer should I MUST SUPPORT CGI and be free of lower than $20 us a year

DO NOT SUPPORT CGI! It takes up too many resources and suks. Use PHP and MySQL! Much less processor-intensive!

my translation: I want to be a webhost. Where can i sign up to host my own. It must support cgi and cost less than 20 dollars a year.

i think you'll need LOTS of money and experience with servers. go here:

you'll need a really good server, so prepare to fork out a lot of cash, sweat and time over this ;)
