There is a new service out there which allows you to use FTP through the web. It is ad free and they are not omniupdate.com they are www.web2ftp.com
No signup required. All you have to do is login like this
Server: ftp.freewebspace.net
Username: Peo
Password: peopeo
(note the above is JUST an example and is not an actual login LOL)
