Need very simply 1 page site

I am a REALTOR. I have a domain name parked with Domain Direct and redirected to a website provided to me by the corporate headquarters of the real estate brokerage with which I have been affiliated for some time. I heavily market my domain name. This has been working fine until I moved to a neighboring state and affiliated with a different brokerage in that state. I am actively working both states. I now have 2 completely free websites available to me by both corporate entities. I need a site that has no affiliation to either broker with clickable links to redirect to each free website. My idea is this: 1 page website with something like "Please click the state in which you wish to sell, buy or lease real estate." and then outline only maps of the states of NY and NJ. The NY map would would be a clickable link to my free website for the broker in NY and the same for the NJ map but my NJ broker. My domain is registered until 2010 and I want a reliable webhost/designer who can get this site up really quickly but is in this business for the long haul. Any recommendations?

Sorry, I should have included or made it clear that I can't design it myself. I can provide the links or DNS information and that's about it. I need someone who will set up the page for me in addition to hosting it. Thx.

Could i ask is this site not to help people with their buisnesses? well if people send clients to another site and they do not offer the facillity that is unfair on the people within this forumt that offer it, if you dont offer it dont post other companies that do, i thought the whole point of this forum was that people gave their plans to other people, not just random people jumping into a forum and sending potensial clients to another site, unless you own the site i think thats very unfair!

I think he is trying to say that he thinks he is at a disadvantage because he doesn't offer design services as well as hosting services or maybe that those who only offer hosting have recommended a design company (maybe in PM's???) which isn't an active member on these forums. Either way, it is the hosts job to help it's customers and potential customers as best they can and if it means referring them elsewhere for things such as design, then that is what will happen. :)

You are absolutely correct, I think as hosts we SHOULD offer other related services with the hosting. If there is a project we can't handle, at least have the ability to utilize the resources on hand to make sure it can be handled by other trustworthy participants. Otherwise what service are we really providing?
