Need reliable hosting, reseller account

I am looking for reliable hosting for a reseller account with the following minimum specs:

5 GB Space
100 GB Bandwidth
cPanel/WHM (min 10 domains)
PHP (keeping that updated)
MySQL (unlimited databases)
Technical support (chat/IM)
Automatic external Backups of customer data, at least 2-3x weekly and stored safely.

I have made very bad experiences with some of my webhosts lately... roboticalworld did not keep any backups, and the dude who ran this disappeared, so as a MySQL database got accidentally deleted, 3 years of data was lost. They merged (something alike) into some company named incognito networks, whose service was disastrous, no backups, no effort whatsoever, server constantly down. Then ... nullnic ... was all fine at first, good servers, speed, support was fine (although I should have wondered about all the constant little problems for which I was forced to even get support) - then they just disappeared a week ago, server seems down, no support, no emails, blah!

Anyway, I have 4 hosts already but I need a new reseller account with the above mentioned specs. I'm willing to pay 6 or 12 months in advance, depends on how long the company is in business, PayPal or Credit Card. And sure - less expensive is better than more - but I really want a reliable host for this, where I do not have to deal with problems, server outages, lost data etc. all the time.
