Hi, photoshop is too expensive for me so can someone tell me if you can use the photoshop elements package to make a layout?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0. It's for a fan site.

email me at jstgermain@methodcomptech.com if you would like photoshop cs2....you can use the slice to to make links out of the images and then save for the web saving html and images and you will have a html file that you can edit and it will have your layout....i think you can do it in ps7 also, but i dont use it anymore, so i cant remember.
