domain is a little bit too long, maybe change to isphoto.com or somethin easier to remember. Also the site is a little too dark. Maybe add some brighter colors.

I agree with what the both of them have said, and I add my own thoughts.

Is there a reason that you are using Flash on the links? Using CSS, or even graphical rollovers you can get the same effect. Flash can run slowly on some computers, and some people's browsers do not support Flash.

i think the layout is a little weak and way to dark. use some more colors that are bright or change your background. try not to use flas text, especially since your flash text doesnt do anything special. you can use css or javascript to accomplish the same thing.
