I am the Web Coordinator for the College of Law at Georgia State University. We have had several reports from people who cannot connect to our website. I need as many people as possible to take a few minutes and check to see if they can reach the site. I've set up a page on my personal site at http://earldaniels.net/index/dns/ where the results of your checks can be posted.
As an incentive, I am personally giving away two $25 gift certificates from Amazon.com to two randomly-picked respondents (this will save me a LOT more than $50 worth of hassle in finding and proving the problem!!)
If you don't want to use the page above, basically what I need is to know if you can access:
http://law.gsu.edu/home.php
or the same page by IP #:
http://131.96.183.4/home.php
and the copy/paste results from these two checks (run from a DOS prompt):

Thanks for all the feedback - i will add your names to the drawing pool.
Most of the folks who have reported not being able to reach the site are our faculty (law professsors) and law students. Often, they are using a laptop that can access fine from other locations. Usually, they are on a large ISP, most often Verizon (which makes Bruce's results very interesting, but not yet conclusive), but also BellSouth and Comcast cable.
We have had several reports of connecting failure from the Orlando area.
