I am still wroking on the site and adding content. I just wanna know what you guys think.

Looks good, But the main body should be centered on the page. Also a mouseover effect on the top navbar might look good. As for your message board: It would be better if the link linked directly to the message board instead of to that image. I am not familiar with yaBB, but if you could make the colour scheme of it similar to that of your site the forum would fit better. Sign yourself up under a few different names and start conversations with yourself. It helps encourage people to sign up and start chatting!

ok i re-did the forum. but i dont think the text needs to centered.

Not just the text needs to be aligned centre, but everything on the index.html page does. Notice the grey strip to the right. There should be equal amounts of grey on each side. Or keep it how it is, if you like

Why don't you make the bg colour the same colour as the bg to the box which says 'Project Spy: Welcome to Project Spy: News! '.

I think it looks pretty good. There is just as much grey as before, but now it is not all in oe spot.
pro5- My av was a mistake. It didnt turn out the way i wanted it too, but i think it is quite unique.
