Could people please review my site and tell me what its value is if I wanted to sell it (aka website appraisal)? It gets approximately 300 - 600 uniques a day.

i wouldnt buy it. i dont like the layout or the design or colors. if i bout it, i would have to redo the entire site. but if someone wants to buy the domain name and make something else out of it, then i would say that i would only really pay for it for as long as the name is registered and good.

You cannot copyright common words such as Absolutely. The design looks cheap and the banner to the right is annoying.
