I've been trying and trying to get them to point the www to the same place as the rest of my domains. The www's seem to be pointing to my old host, I tell them this and they said its not their fault and they CNAMED it correctly.
I used the ping command to discover where the www is pointing. thewebworld.com bizwebhosting.com ect is pointed correctly. I also pointed several other domains with no problems.
How do I convince them that their DNS is wrong, or how do I look up the zone files?
