They all suck badly, and Gizba is a scam. From those I would be forced to pick F2S, however F2S once it gets act together will have the best free webhosting service on the internet.

the only bad thing is that Lunarpages doesn't offer /usr/sbin/sendmail like F2S does, but because of that F2S is slower
