My dear freind smoky -- he asked for offers with 20$ per month only.

And hostarz for the budget you mention the host who can provide that will most probably oversell.
Cause 20 gb is a lot of space and dedicated server its its cost is 140$ Pm will probably have 80 gb storage and you will take 20gb leaving 55 gb behind for them to use. And most probably that server will have 1000gb Transfer allotted and you will be taking 200 gb leaving 800gb on them only.
And if they get customers like you they will be able to sell 3 more accounts only which means total of 80$ which is short by 60$ to run the servers.

So please increase your budget in the range of 30-45$ PM.

Also he asked for a feture called a "sub-reseller" account. You cannot make a reseller from a reseller you need a server for that.
