Can someone please tell me which would be best for web hosting, Cent OS 4.1 or Fedora Core 4.

CentOS all the way. Fedora is good if you are just beginning Linux. But CentOS is better for server administration, maintenence, etc.

Fedora Core is aimed to desktop environment
CentOS is re-built from RHE - server environment

So I guess you can have your answer ;)

I much prefer Gento Picture A bit fat ^_^'

Anyway CentOS is much better as OS for web :)

Personally, I like FD4, but as it was mentioned above, it is mainly for desktops, and good for beginners. I am hoping that you are not a beginner, and I don't think you are, so I would reccommend CentOS.
