I'm looking for a sponsor for my fonts website. It's just a week old, but gets a lot of visitors so traffic isn't much of a problemo.

My previous websites have been sponsored by Clickagents, Advertising.com and Click2Net. I've been paid by all three, but this time I'd like to try something new (Click2Net's dead anyway).

No popup stuff. Only banner ads. CPM, CPC, or (preferably) both.

So, what do you suggest?

Thank ye.

Not many CPM are accepting new affiliates lately. Hopefully you've got a very professional looking site. You could try FastClick and ContentZone first because they are the easiest to get into.

Hi

If you were accepted by advertising.com before I reckon you should stay with them. They are one of the best.

As for other why not try a search for CPM programs listed in the forums.

You can also visit www.net-ads.com for more information.

well i don't wanna go with advertising.com because
their ads suck (or used to, whatever)
their tracking/reports system doesn't track all that well -- it isn't updated in real-time either.

but
their support is great....very friendly
they have a low payout rate
and they pay

hmmmm

nah! isn't there any other option? :(

In addition to the two programs mentioned above (FastClick, ContentZone), the few CPM-based ad reps that are still accepting small-medium sites are: (in no particular order)

1. Banner-Mania - auto-acceptance. Low CPM, a few popups, plenty of defaults.
2. AmazingMedia - heavily criticised. Low, but fixed, CPM rate for all inventory.
3. FocusIN - heavily criticised. Have been having payment problems lately. Low CPM/CPC combo.
4. Zonify - Enforced a minimum 100,000 impressions/month, but may accept smaller sites with suitable demographics. New and unproven, though promising. (CPM)

You may also be lucky enough to gain acceptance into ValueClick, BannerSpace or Burst!Media, though each of these has clamped down on new registrations lately in an attempt to increase their internal sell-out rates.

Of course, carefully placed links from CJ, Websponsors.com, FineClicks and the like can also outperform low CPC/CPM rates in many cases, so they are also worth exploring.

best of luck :)

I suggest you do popups for a while like 1 pop-under every 24 hours per unique visitor. Pops pay in the $2/CPM range.
