I can't believe you're still saying you don't force ads when you do. I suggest people read this (http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/showthread.php?t=74973) before signing up with them.

WORST HOSTING EVER.

Your pages is 100% ad free (no forced banners or pop up or any kind of ads..etc.), but you must give us back a text banner to cover your High quality hosting and support.(if you need a quality hosting for free)

A text banner pretty much is an ad. It's advertising your site, is it not? I don't have anything against putting up ads, but you don't go around changing people's password then slapping the ads on their site. Also, you might want to actually RESPOND to your customers support tickets, and use proper English when doing so.

All in all, I still think no matter how great your features, it'll never make up for your horrible customer service.

We still provide fast support for the free accounts "not more that 12 Hrs", we replied to the all shaorin's support E-mails, the the last day hes submitt us 10~20 support E-mails, and we was reply to all emails in the same day.

if you get a web hosting from yahoo for $20/month you will not get a reply within 24 Hrs! :-)

you want a good customer service from free host?

how dumb could you possibly be, shaorin?

you didn't even pay a cent for the host.

how you gonna ask for customer service?

free host is free for a reason.

next time try paying $9.99/month. then you can say
"horrible customer service"
Just because free customers don't pay a cent doesn't mean you treat them like trash. They are your customers, regardless of the money paid. How else do you convince them to upgrade to a paid plan? Someone sounds like a newbie here.
Besides, I bet you wouldn't say the same thing if you were the one mistreated. And I don't see the need for any name calling either. I'm just trying to warn you guys, but if you insist on going with them, fine. I won't say "I told you so."

oh that is so lying. You took more than days to reply to my emails. I did not submit 10-20 support emails, I sent around 5, and that's in total.
And I find it ridiculous that you're using yahoo as an example. Have you even been hosted by them before? Instead of comparing to those worst than you, how about to those better than you? I've been hosted by many free hosts before, and even though they may not have such great features, they actually treat us like customers, and answer our support tickets.

Oh and one more thing, you actually emailed me asking me to take off my reviews I wrote about you on some review site. Honestly, what sort of host does that???
