I'm saving up for a computer from AlienWare. These are the specs:

Sounds ok to me. Since you're getting Dual NEC 22" Flat Screens, a 1.8 GHZ CPU, and all those Cd Drives, it sounds ok for that price, and plus you get those kick --- cases.

looks nice but I'd try to get another OS winME is really crap :mad: - what I'm using till I get win2000 (v. soon) crashes all the time :(

more RAM if you can get it - can never have enough

then sit by and watch the prices crash and all them 3GHz chips are everywhere ;)

Hmmm, I think my 36.6k can last ten more years till I'll be able to afford a cable, whaddya think :D?

I can get a copy of Windows2000, ME is just what comes pre-installed. I plan on switching it.

384MB RDRAM is all they offer. I'll email and ask if it's upgradable.
