another host I know is idologic.com, but even their office is in Canada, their servers are located in the US, the same DC with us, in Atlanta, GA :)

U can try canaca.ca , but be warned that their support sucks only , speed and space price is good , plus ensim is not worst of all its bearable , so if u dont have too much cash on u it could prove useful to u. Plus its situated in toronto .

Oh but be advised , their support is not very good , but u can get ur refund back if u dont like them.

I would suggest trying to find a server based in the US, they are more common and you are far more likely to find a good host and deal when you have more hosts to choose from.
