Needing host, PHP/MySql/BW/Space

Alright, this is going to be a gaming site... about an online game. It will have alot of images so thats where needing the space and bandwidth come into play.. I figure I am going to need at least 100g of bw, not sure on space.. maybe a couple gigs, not sure. I definately need MySql and PHP... I WOULD definately request SSH because I do all of my programming through VI, and I can not stand any other editor(s)... As for payment

I am wanting to pay about 10$/mo at most for hosting, give or take a few bucks. Monthly payment system, I can't afford to just go and spend 120$ all at once... I have no domain currently, so maybe a subdomain, or a domain plan could be handled? If not I suppose I could register a domain name for 10$ and point it towards the nameservers. I think that about covers it.. so lets cover this in an easier to read format.

Garoth just a note : if u want reliable stable hosting and with ssh for 100gb bw 10$-12$ is a sign of getting something that u will regret later. So i would just suggest to increase budget cause shell is hard to get and alone costs 8 to 10 $ per month on most good hosting companies even if they allow in the first place.
