Project Suggestions...

I feel like I need to start back up and create a new website. I wan't to offer some type of service. If anyone can give me some ideas that would be great! I really just feel like I want to be in moderation of a website of my own. Thanks for any suggestions

You need to give people a hint as to what type of service you might be interested in offering. Your post is a little too general. There are many great possibilities out there, you need to define some type of scope. Good luck.

Good Point. Well I am just looking for something I can use a free host for...I know this sounds like a stupid idea to depend upon a free host for a service etc. but I don't have the money. Something a long the lines of:

-CGI Form Hosting
-Image Hosting
-Community

I am not real sure...I know it is bad to make it so general but I want to create something that people want and need. So if there is something out there you wan't or need as a serivce please post!

True, it does sound bad. I really don't know why I put this up here...I just want to do something as a project that I will enjoy.

I think that there might be demand for another CGI form hosting service out there. You might even be able to run it on a free host, at least for a while. You’d need something special to stand out from the masses though.

What exactly do you think would be a good way to be above the rest? I am not quite sure what I could do. I would be great at running anything really just the making it popular constantly creates a problem.

The problem is that I'm not quite sure what would make your service really stand out from the rest.

Well I have decided to try something...I am going to try to start a community called BroadView. The website will be Broadway/Musical based sorta as a HUGE fansite. So far I am not sure where this is going. I am looking for a sponser however. I am going to offer free image hosting where fans can post backstage pictures and other things similar. Wallpapers too! Maybe one day hosting for screensavers? I don't know yet. I have a lot of ideas for this one!
