How do i put a avater on?

I really want to put a avater on!
But when i press Edit Avater i can only turn it off :cry2:

I think it's 50 or thereabouts now. All I know is that I needed 200.

It's 50 these days, but the size is limited to 65*65/7.8 KB. I swear I've seen bigger avatars around these parts :)
