No, every other hosting company lets you host copyrighted content. How else does anyone put up a web site? I'm not sure what they want here, maybe you have to put a disclaimer on every page saying that the contents of the site is entirely in the public domain? Personally I don't think it's worth it to give up the copyright on your web site just to get free hosting...

No hosting companies even (paid ones) will allow you to put illegal MP3s except for some exceptions. When i say illegal it means MP3s you rip from CDs.

Why zPanel? Didnt your dedicated server provider offered any other free control panel e.g. webmin or something?

Except the TOS is quoted as saying "No MP3s or any other copyrighted stuffs". There's a big difference between not allowing illegal MP3s and not allowing any copyrighted content on the site.
