Leum Jamison who is a person that have tried to register a domain name [but mistyped the domain name] a month ago and claimed that we have registered the domain name wrongly for him[ lol we never register domains manually in the name of customers and its impossible something at domain register systems may add extra characters nor change them..] anyways because of his invalid type of payment his typo domain registration was failed. This visitor spent more than 3 hours of administration and support hours of Newista because of this, his fault..
The visitor have applied for another domain registration from http://www.newista.com/ and bingo he registered his domain properly. and as soon as he registered his domain, he had hit to the live sales, support e-mails, support tickets, all the way he founds to contact to claim his domain is not working[he is toughting there is a magician at domain register systems that is able to read the registerar mind what DNS he want to set for his domain and set DNSs for his domain according to the host that he is using for his domain]. After we have told that he had to set DNSs for his domain and at least have to wait 24hrs for the DNS propagation then his domain is working* [describe it as working* because visitor was unable to understand anything and claimed his domain was not registered and we scammed or our systems are broken non-stop unless the DNS propagation have been completed...] altough we have tried to approve him that his domain was registered from 3rd party service like dnsreport.com dnsstuff.com, we have give the knowledge base more than anyone may want about how domain register systems and procedures working..
I dont know how many times we have told that customer how domain registeration procedures and nature are, since 2 days.
Id hate to go and host with him :eek2:

This thread is true. The person in question was being a Moran and don’t know how to run the software or even answer my questions. No, I am not a 15 year old. Yes, my paypal is unverified, but for different reasons. I choose not to reply to that thread because I don't respond to people who choose not to listen. In the end I resolved the matter with the person, saying sorry for my actions. However, it wasn't entirely my fault.
Maybe to elaborate further, this was when we were resellers as well as didn't hire other support staff. What's in the past is in the past to me. If people choose to dwell on it, fine. It doesn’t affect our service. I'm not going to ----- at anyone. I just don't see how a fake signup puts me at 15 years old, and an old thread on WHT makes me fraud. By the way, I don't have a -ve balance, and any issues with other clients were resolved. I think I will verify my paypal account because it means so much to you guys.
Everyone hates me :(
Thanks

Well i dont understand the 15 year old thing...im 15 and i run a well established website aerning about $400 a month.I dont see why everyone thinks15 year olds cant do jack.
Anyway i would suggest you beocme verified because it DOES make a difference, for me anyway. And i understand that you have said sorry for what you did, so i think its only fair that people forgive honest mistakes..Still your online support is always down...

Give him a break will you?
Running a website is completely different from running a hosting business. Nobody said 15 year olds can't "do jack" - in fact people know that there are a lot of talented young kids out there. It's the question of a 15 year old having the experience and the business management skills to run a proper business,
With regards to paypal, yes you should be verified, it's not so complicated to be.

There is a MAJOR difference between owning a website and owning a hosting "business" at the age of 15. I have NO problem with 15 years owning a successful website, more power to them, but pretending to be the "CEO" of a web hosting business is what I DO have a problem with.

Technically, if they owned the company, they could become whatever position they want. NHS being a small company, we of course do not have a Cheif Executive Officer, maybe a CFO which is our accountant, but not a CEO. I don't pride myself on names either, I consider myself the Owner and Founder, that's basically it. If kids need fancy titles to make themself feel good, that's their issue :)

Actually calling yourself a CEO is illegel. It is actually stating a title you are not. You have to go through and do many paper reports in order to become a CEO. Same with CFO and CTO.

Than I am guess I am in a world full of trouble for calling myself a CEO then. Wherever you read you need to do a ton of paper work to be a CEO is a lie. If you start a company then arent you automatically the Founder? As long as you hold the biggest gain in the company you can be whatever you want to be.

Your not in a world of trouble if you don't come by the wrong guy. My laywer said in USA&Canada calling yourself a CEO without having proper Paperwork and Rights is against the law. A CEO holds special rights over a normal founder/owner. I am not sure what these are because my laywer charges about 100$ a hour. And franquently what I had to go in there about was more important.

Erudnet,
Two attempted sales within the space of two months, two back-outs. This is what I found. You don't seem to be sure if you want to be Erudnet.
