Watch out. There is one place offering free domains but they actually plan to retain ownership of it anyways, and just plan to let you use it for awhile. Bad Deal.

In other deals all you get is a parking place for it when you could have just gotten your domain along with a free prize in the box. like free web hosting.

If you don't get it from them you gotta pay to transfer it over anyway. Almost as much. - T

those free domain services just let you get a free one, then when you recieve millions of hits like yahoo, bam they steal back the domain and make money out of it

Crap! I got a free domainzero domain and now I can't log in! It'll expire in September....do you think they'll just delete it at september?

Well I know that namezero held my domain name for another year without my site on it, so that I would have to buy it from them. They sent me many emails until I finally bought it. And they made me pay $19.95 to get it back! I was ripped off.
