teamspeak is usually used for net meeting, gaming and other things, it allows users to talk with each other.
ShoutCast is developped by Winamp, its a virtual Radio Station, it allows the owner do diffuse the music he has on his computer. It's not interactive, and most of the time, you must be on the computer to be able to manage it.
If you want Teamspeak to run very well, you must use a Dedicated computer acting as a server (wich I have).

Sorry, I do not povide shoutcast for the moment since it takes a lot of transfer and CPU to run multiple account at the same time, plus I need to run the Teamspeak and other server stuff. Also, shoutcast is not ment to be used for multiple users and it takes alot of time to configure each individual account. It's something I might look at but not at the moment, anyways I would be very surprised if someone would offer a Shoutcast server for free.
