Free Hosting contest

I have started a contest to make a template for the AMFR Account Creator. The best template will recieve a hosting account with the following specs:
-100 mb of space
-3 gb of bandwidth
-Unlimited email accounts, ftp accoutns, subdomains, etc.
-cPanel
-PHP and Perl
They will also recieve a link to their homepage on the account creator page
The 2 runners up will recieve a hosting account with the following specs:
-50 mb of space
-3 gb of bandwidth
-Unlimited email accounts, ftp accoutns, subdomains, etc.
-cPanel
-PHP and Perl
They will also recieve a link to their homepage on the account creator page

*Note: all submissions will be made available to the public
