ROMs and abandonware

is there any host that allows ROMs - legal as long as you own the original cartridge/CD/arcade machine/etc?

and, even harder to find, is there a host that allows abandonware - full version games that are not being sold by the copyright holder?

I know Spaceports used to allow abandonware; not sure if they still do or not.

Spaceports allows you to post any software, as long as you have written permission of the copyright holder. ;)
