We have everything you listed above except for cron jobs ....

Cron functions are disabled for security. Why do you need crontab access?

I realise that cron jobs are a risk, but we are designing a web base game, the reason we need cron job is so that game can reset it self (players stats reset).

Better be careful with that ....

Most games (even small ones) are not appropriate for shared hosting environments
and can seriously interfere with other hosting clients on the same server as you
especially with sockets, cpu, and memory resources which is the very reason
why most hosts do not allow any kind of game servers on a shared account.

For that kind of use, you really need to get a dedicated server.

Unlike shared hosting environments, a dedicated server won't effect anyone
else when your game uses up all the network sockets on the machine and
you don't have to worry about tasking the CPU between other hosting accounts.
