still hosting needed

I am still looking for a free host with cpanel or fantastico, who accept me with a dutch language.

Also I like to put audio on it . (evp) Its a paranormal page.

The problem is that there are some hosts that are saying that they will host other languages, but they never respons when I sign in.

(still waiting for 3 weeks now for conformation email)

So I'm still looking for free hosting.

Please No forum posting !
And ads are welcome. ( Not to big please )

I need about 70 mb

People will listen to my audio records. Or maybe even put there own audio on the site.

I already have my own website, but need more space.
That will cost me to much.

I give free readings true email and do not earn any money for it.
If I must pay more for mbs than the people cannot write me for free.
And a lot of people are in need of free advise.
