F2s.com (http://www.f2s.com) has PHP and MySQL but they are not the best of a host on there new servers. also SpacePorts (http://www.spaceports.com) has MySQL and PHP so I heard, I could be wrong.

yes, they (f2s) do support php/mySQL , so they say.
The server runs PHP with safe mode turned on. What this means is that you can't upload a file using any php scripts.
Since I had to setup a photo album with upload through the web, I had to abort my project ^^;

Surecity also supports PHP/MySQL, so they say.
They are the most horrible FWH I've ever encountered. Well, maybe I'm bit biased because I rarely saw them on-line. I dunno, I wouldn't recommend it.
Try the power search
