Multiple page message forum host needed

Would very much like to find a host that allows multiple page forums . I am wanting to design a parenting board for my wife and 40+ of her friends. Their former site has discontinued use of CGI (barrysworld). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Absence of Pop-ups would be a definite plus.

You could try f2s.com (very slow at times), but for something like that I suggest a paid host for less than 10$ a month.
