Well,
iPowerWeb - Definately are OVERsellers... bad thing. Stay away is what you need to do if you want anything reliable.
Subdomain host - If they've the cash then why not use a TLD?
Price of the plan - Get real... 5GB Space and 100GB Transfer for $1 a month? There is no gain unless there is a $100 setup fee attached. Also, how much is the setup fee?

stay away from it? you dont know what your talking about, startlogic is a great hosting company, its been around for a long time, give them a call at their 800 number see how fast the support is. You can google for it also see its overall customer ranks.
