email account creation script

hi, i need an email account creation script, and it needs to be the following;

-creates yourname@domain.com
-forwards all email to another email address
-is in PHP
-can use mySQL, cPanel, etc

I have already searched hotscripts.com but the only one i found that looks like what i wanted was down. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

ok it doesnt have to be in PHP, but not Java (although PHP is preferred)
