I'm looking for a new impression based advertiser paying a reasonable amount. Preferrably not less than $2-$3 CPM.
My network is webmaster/net user related content receiving 400,000+ hits/month.

I doubt your going to find anything for over even $1 cpm unless you go for pop-ups
