cgi-bin in f2s

why cant i create a cgi-bin outside of the public part of my website, i need it for yabb to work, or do i create it in the public directory?

Create it in the public dir buddy. On other webservers you are allowed to save outside, but it would not be a good idea because no one would be able to access your board. Duh?:p
