Need a host for my personal weblog

Hello. I need a host for my personal blog. Me current free host has down time every day, and I am going sick of it! :shame:

I wounder if you can recomend me a host with this:

php
mysql (at. least 10mb)
50mb space (at least)
apache
No ads..(google ads may go)
subdomain

I do NOT own a domain name.
I am going to give you a link in every footer on my pages. (Negotiable)

I code all my sites inn (X)html and css. All the pages is validating, and the code is semantic.

I am going to write about webdesign, music, webcodes, soccer and things like that. This is a personal blog, and i am going to write in norwegian. (Negotiable)
