PHP/MySQL 20mb

I am looking for a host to host my site on, I currently need:
20mb of space
FTP Access
No Ads (ability to have my own)
PHP
MySQL (unlimited space, i have a lot of files in my database)
Telnet/Shell Access

thinking of the cardboard-web-server-mifix makes me angry. i compare cable hosts to it because it reminds me of that """""""""unlimited""""""""" host. :p

u can always tell a decent host by there web design, if they cant design a website, they cant supply a decent service, thats why i am gonna be willing to take a gamble with badpenguin (gotta b faster than f2s) plus most of my site runs on mysql, this is where freesql.org comes in handy (even tho they are cable too)
