ms99k, give up your search. Even if you found any host stating those features on their sites, you can never get it for real.
Wake up, dude...

From this so called 'unlimited' host's website
Unlimited Services
Unlimited is determined by a set of Internet averages. At Bluedomino, we divide available resources by the number of users on the system. At any time that you exceed our averages, you will be contacted to discuss moving your site to a dedicated server.
Misuse of System Resources
It is a violation for anyone who, including but not limited to, employs posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space, permits the use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or auto responders other than for their own account; or resale of access to CGI scripts installed on our servers.
In short, if you use more than resources than they want you to, they kick you off. If you use more space then they want you to, you loose your account. Of course they don't tell you what that limit is, thatw ay they can change it whenever they like.
There is no such thing as unlimited disk space or bandwidth, no host can buy it and you can not buy it

I probably shouldn't talk b/c I tend to ask for a lot of space too, but..
I don't see the point of having an unlimited host. Most web sites are a couple of mb max unless you have a lot of files to offer. In that case, you need to be asking for a lot of bandwidth too b/c friggin CI Host is charging me $20/gb over and I was 30gb over one month! Just be careful that's all...

Here are two places with "unlimited" things
http://activewebhosting.com/
http://www.79centhosting.com/
The top one I can't complain about, everything seems fine with them. All of their customers are happy. Except 79CentHosting has no support.
But loads of people have said stay away from ActiveWebhosting, but I'm not sure what to do. Loads of people tell me to stay away (People who don't beleive in Unlimited). And loads of their customers tell me to stay and delve deeper into what ActiveWebhosting means by unlimited.
I've run from unlimited and am thinking maybe I made a mistake, cause I could go with ActiveWebhosting and get all that for only $10 a month. Which is better than going to a different place and paying $10 for only like 200 and 10gb or even less!
So be careful, certain hosts are good even though they say unlimited, although it isn't unlimited it's enough.
Everyone I've talked to who have a site at ActiveWebHosting say:
[#]It's an ok Host
[#]We all know to a certain extent unlimited isn't true. But it gives you as much as you need
[#]It's not as bad as you think
[#]Their customer support is quite good
That's what some of them say. And that's whats making me think maybe I should go with them. 30 day money back garuntee, so I could always cancel.
