I dont really know much about server prices and what you can get for a certain amount of money so can anyone please post their offers. Post your cheapest server you have, the cheaper the better. Also, whats the difference between a managed server and a normal one?

let us know more details: what are you doing with it? even want a cheap server, you dont want your server down all the times, is that correct? :) someone can offer you a cheap celeron server, but if you are running a big forums on it, you will get trouble

cheap server like low-end P3 with IDE HD, or Celeron 2GHz can cost $50/month. However, a control panel costs more. For example cPanel costs $25 - $35/month. So... I doubt you can find anything good at your budget.

a vps runs off a dedicated server. meaning that there can be up to 30 VPS in one physical server but of course the server specs are higher than a standard dedicated server
