Should I use Instabill (http://www.instabill.com) or Propay (http://www.propay.com) to charge a customer's credit card?

Has anybody used either? Good experiences? Bad??

Propay's fees: https://epay.propay.com/services_summary.html
Instalbill's fees: http://www.instabill.com/service_fee.html

Anything I should know about them? They pay up, right?

Ask Ted about his comments about propay. He is going to use it on his new site.

Oh one more thing. Instabill is pretty popular and from what I have heard on this forum and others they are pretty good and do pay up.

Instabill does pay, I use them though I don't know anything about the other one for comparison.

they seem like they would both end up being about the same unless you were selling thousands of dollars worth of items/services

when I set up credit card processing its going to be with instabill because I already know they pay and theres no need to take a change of not getting paid at all for verry little money off ;)
