I am in need of a forum skinner for vBulletin. This forum skin will be used on my hosting company's forums, once the new site is launched. It should fit in very nicely with this page (http://www.neoncube.net/index.php). Not too fancy, but a little bit of work.
$25-50 is my current budget. When posting an offer, please post a link to your portfolio so I can see the quality of your work. I may raise my budget depending on the quality of your former projects.
