Hi, i'm in need of a small VPS. my budget is 15-20$ per month...

I don't need much space so 1 or 2 gig is ok wit h a 1:10 ratio. I want this to have root access. I want also a control panel no matter if its cpanel or direct admin.

Also, if possible maybe post how many ram i'll have and burstable too.

You need 128MB at least to run a control panel, likes DA or cPanel. Then it will be more expensive than your budget. Consider your budget up to $30 - $35 at least
