Yes its me again...with another problem, i need a little help, i've set up Yabb..i think, and uploaded it to an f2s webspace, when uploading, .htaccess was not visible after uplopad but the ftp program said the upload was a success. When trying to open yabb.pl in the browser after uploading, internal server error is displayed, i need some help. Also, the manual says to upload a file called admin.log in the members folder, but this file does not exist! Theres a few other files that dont exist in the downloaded zip aswell, anyway, if u could help me i would be very grateful. Thanx:(

try adding this line into the .htaccess file:
AddHandler cgi-script .pl
i don't remember F2S, so i don't remember if they .pl support.

i got it working now, i needed to chmod the yabb folder from 777 to 755, and f2s does support .pl. Still got a few runtime errors that need sorting. Anyway, ill keep u posted. Thanx

Yeah, you can CHMOD everything 777, execpt the .pl file. Then it should work. I succesfully installed a YaBB on f2s.

Re: http://www.new.edu.kg
Just a bit off-topic, but colored buttons (and any other form element for that matter) work in Netscape 6 as well, it's not just IE 5.5.

NS6 is so irratic on my pc that I hadn't used it to check - it usually hangs and occassionaly has taken 30mins to start up (this is on a 1GHz, 256MB machine  ).

It's a big'un, isn't it?
FYI styles for submit buttons also work in IE5 (possibly lower) but not in the perfect CSS browser Opera.

The work in IE 4.0 I discovered at my friends last night. Why he has such an out of date browser is a mystery to me.

Will do. It shouldn't be too long. The great thing is that they say next release will be compatible with the latest Moz.
