If i have my own VPS will it will be right for me?As i have no knowledge of VPS and i dont know any technical about it.
Can i operate VPS of my own without any technical knowledge or can i learn how to operate VPS from any source.

VPS/VDS = Virtual Private Server / Virtual Dedicated Server.
VPS/VDS is basically "just like dedicated server". So you have full rights (root access) to the server with some space, bandwidth.
What makes it difference with Dedicated server?
Well, in one Dedicated Server there can be some VDS/VPS. So if you have not much budget to afford dedicated server, then VPS is a good option.
Some VPS offer management service with some cost. But according to my experience, usually VPS is installed with cPanel/Whm and other software, which you only required to run it somehow.
For VPS somehow i would suggest a2b2.com, since hippohost still haven't decided to offer that yet :)
Just check the site out and ask RUS somehow, he will be happy to help you out.
Wish the best then.

Most VPS plans are hosted on either Linux or FreeBSD, but they do also exist in the Windows world. Windows VPS plans are more expensive than Linux VPS. IMO, you should focus on Linux VPS that is better. If you have control on server then you are also responsible for all installation, maintenance, security and updates and if you are inexperienced with administering a Linux Server, and are not willing to learn as you go, this may be a big drawback. Otherwise you can outsource to expert team to manage your server.:-)
I think you should visit this site to learn more about vps. http://www.megrihost.com/Virtual_Private_Servers/vps_technology.html
