They seem to have removed all the support pages on their website (http://-----.com/). When was the last time you contacted them?

Not typically referring to them but most hosts with kewl offers usually oversell and wont last long.

I hope things work out for all those hosted with them.

That is sad to hear I know of alot of hosts that oversell and go under. That is why we don't do it lol. But anyway I hope it works out maybe you should find a new host if nothing else.

Paid hosts are not allowed to just vanish, they received money. They'll be back, probably their only server is down.

I don't know. I and noone has the right to judge but the reality is how it is. Like I said, they offered such a good service but their site and customer service / sales stopped just like that. Even if they have a server down or so in general a host should inform it's clients about downtimes and how to stay in touch with them. That's how I view it. Still so many hosts which are posted here at freewebspace list have such great services and cool support. To everyone that's doing the work the way supposed to be done i only say CONGRATS and to the rest try to make it better otherwise I don't see the point of being active. Respect.

Paid hosts are not allowed to just vanish, they received money.Unfortunately that doesn't mean they don't though. It's normally pretty easy to spot the ones that will disappear though. Just look at the services they are offering and the price they are charging you and ask yourself whether you think they can actually afford to run the host with those prices. If the answer is no, run far far away. :)

They were both a paid and free hosting company. They had over 705 free accounts the last time i had contact with the owner through msn (I was thinking of buying ads). And they said they gave like 40 GB of bandwidth for each account and he was overselling by around 4000% if I remeber correctly (i did the math and he even agreed to this but said that no one used that much and that they had "extra money for extra servers")

I hosted them, pretty funny actually.

They were hosting porn websites, so I suspended them after repeated warnings, and I mean repeated warnings.

Even funnier, they were hosted on my free package, just shared, no reselling whatsoever. They did not own a server or anything like that.

I think they were trying to act like they owned my server

:)

And as to computerhelpworld's post - Yeah, 4000% would be good because they had only a max of 40GB of bandwidth. They used 246MB out of 250MB with space.

I don't know what the latest info is on their status, but there are heaps of great hosts out there so I personally wouldn't waste my time with them. :)
