Need Free Hosting PHP/MySQL

I'm starting a website, blog and art gallery with plans of selling my art from the site. I'm looking for a free host for now, and plan to switch to paid hosting later on if it turns out real well.

I'm looking for:
50 MB webspace
1-2GB bandwidth
subdomain
PHP/MySQL
FTP Access
PHPMyAdmin
text ads ok, but not big banners, unless I can include it as part of the design.
custom 404 page
fast server
no .htaccess/.htpasswd because it messes up the programming
