where to register a cheap .at domain?

heij. i am new to the freewebspace.net community (until now
i was just a silent "viewer"), but i hope that somebody can help me with this...
where can i register a cheap .at domain (if possible with
redirection/forwarding - nothing special, just a domain
that redirects to the "normal" site, for example: www.name.at
forwards to www.name.net)

I'm not sure whether you can find everything in one, but if not, you could always combine services with free places such as http://www.mydomain.com or http://www.zoneedit.com or check a few of the guys here (free services) to see if they can do the domain forward thanngg.
