Which (free)webhost allows image linking?

No free hosts openly allow hotlinking and those that do not block it will do so as soon --- they notice the abuse.
Hotlinking is a cost-only service. There is no way for a host to profit off of images you hotlinkg from their server yet they are still responsible for paying the bandwidth and disk spaces for that image.

I've been trying to get an account there since like 1/2 a year and it never works for some reason. and I also heard it's slow anyway :( :( :(

yeah digitalrice is gonna be relaunched soon and they used to offer it , the only other idea is like meow said , f2s
